Return Policy

Due to the nature of the custom decoration applied to any item fulfilled through this website, we cannot accept returns unless the decorated item is damaged or imprinted incorrectly.

To begin a return request for either a damaged goods or incorrect imprint, we must be notified by email within 24 hours of receipt. Please email customerservice@impactdimensions.com and include the following:

• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the issue
• Contact information (name, email address & phone number)
• Order Number
