- Shop the site for the product(s) you would like using the category menu or search box.
- Click on the product image or name for more detailed information about the item.
- Select the item by choosing the color or size, enter the quantity you want, then click add to cart.
- You can either click Continue Shopping or Checkout.
- "PLEASE NOTE" the minimum order value is $25 to place an order.
- You will need to create an account to checkout or you will need to sign-in if you already have an account.
- Complete all of the proper fields followed by the "Confirm Order" final button to place your order.
- Print and save your receipt upon completion of your order.
- Your account allows you to view current and past orders as well as your order status.

To request cancellation of back-ordered items, please email us at support@impactdimensions.com or call us at 1-800-552-4138. In the email request, please provide your Order ID and the Item Number(s) to be canceled. If, for some reason, we are unable to cancel your order, you will be notified via email within one business day.

We are excited to assist you with your request for that special item that is not on our website. All special requests must achieve either a minimum value of $500 and/or meet the vendor minimum based on the item selected to be processed.
